Jamie Paradise founded the Paradise Team in 2004 and has built one of the most successful teams in NJ. From his selection into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame to his status as the top-producing agent for Point Pleasant Beach and Borough for over 20 years, Jamie has earned the respect of colleagues and clients for the exceptional results he delivers. In addition to a strong sales background, Jamie has extensive experience in real estate investment, land development, commercial property, home building and renovation. Jamie enjoys surfing Bay Head and Point Pleasant, hiking and biking in Allaire and finding new hidden gems throughout New Jersey. Jamie was raised in Point Pleasant Beach, moved to Point Pleasant Borough and currently resides on the Manasquan River with his wife and two daughters.

Cortland (Cort) Coleman

A Jersey Shore native, Cortland Coleman joined the Paradise Team after twenty years in marketing and advertising. His deep knowledge of the local area helps clients understand different towns, communities and neighborhoods. Working with buyers, sellers and investors in Ocean and Monmouth Counties, Cort tirelessly serves his clients by adding insight, value and expertise at every step along their real estate journey. Leading negotiations, navigating complex transactions and managing the various parties involved ensures that his clients get the best deals and they're able to get those deals done. Cort loves boating and fishing on our local waterways, and he serves the community as Chairman of the Point Pleasant Zoning Board of Adjustment in addition to being a member of the Open Space Committee.

Ruth (Ruthie) Gibbs

Closing Coordinator  

Before joining the Paradise Team in 2004, Ruthie had great success as a full time Realtor® in Point Pleasant Beach and its surrounding areas. She brings to the team years of professional experience in the procurement and closing of numerous real estate transactions. As Closing Coordinator, she dedicates herself to anticipating and meeting the needs of every buyer and seller to smoothly execute each deal. Ruthie prides herself on the trusted relationships established throughout the years, which has resulted in a sizable referral network and loyal client base for the Paradise Team. A lifelong Manasquan resident, Ruthie enjoys volunteering, baking, spending time with her grandkids, reading, early morning bike rides, and walks on the beach.

A native of the Jersey Shore and a graduate of Wall High School, Marybeth McGee has deep-rooted connections and a strong understanding of the communities in both Ocean and Monmouth Counties. Before following her passion for real estate, Marybeth had a successful career in Event Planning and Public Relations Management. Her professional background and cultivated skills in marketing, negotiating, and pricing strategies transitioned seamlessly to selling and buying real estate. A graduate of New York City’s Fashion Institute of Technology, Marybeth also brings to the table her flair for design, offering creative suggestions for home staging. Marybeth currently resides on the Metedeconk River with her family and enjoys the beach, boating, kayaking and other water sports.

Dana's deep roots and personal connection to Monmouth and Ocean County provide her with a distinct advantage in understanding the local real estate market. In addition, Dana collaborates with her architect husband, seamlessly integrating her design and construction understanding into her role as a real estate agent, enhancing her clients' property evaluation and appreciation.

Megan Walker

After dedicating nine fulfilling years to raising her two daughters, Megan embarked on a career in real estate.  Megan grew up in Brielle and after graduating from Ramapo College with a B.A. in Psychology, returned to live in the area.  While in school, she studied and developed a love for photography, which has been a useful tool in her transition into being a full time real estate agent.  She has lived in the Sea Girt Estates section of Wall for over ten years.  Being a proud resident of the area, she holds an in-depth understanding of the surrounding communities and the unique charms that make this such a wonderful place to call home.  Raising her family in the place where she grew up allows her a special insight into the local real estate market and a network of connections she eagerly shares with her clients.
